HOW WE WORK - with video production
Below you will find a step-by-step plan for how we work with company videos. How long a video takes to produce from step 1. First meeting phase to step 7. Final product and delivery of the video depends entirely on the length of the video, the budget for the video and the type of video you want. After the first meeting, you will receive a timetable from us as well as a price quote and budget for the video.
STEP BY STEP
STEP 1 - BOOK MEETING
Book a meeting with us to discuss your vision for the video. We will discuss your thoughts and wishes and make a schedule together with you. We will get back to you after the meeting with a price quote including the budget for the video.
STEP 2 - CONCEPT AND SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT
We meet again for Concept and Script Development: This means working with you to develop a concept and script that effectively communicates your message and aligns with your brand identity.
STEP 3 - PRE-PRODUCTION PLANNING
We then begin pre-production planning : This includes everything from deciding locations to film, finding actors to planning shots and camera angles. We then send our plan and proposal to you for approval.
STEP 4 - PRODUCTION DAY(S).
This means filming the video with high-quality cameras, lighting and sound equipment. You are welcome to participate if desired on the production day(s).
STEP 5 - POST PRODUCTION/EDIT
This means editing the raw material into a final product, adding special effects, music and voiceovers as needed. We will then send your finished video to you for review and then make changes to the video as needed.
STEP 6 - VIDEO OPTIMIZATION
Once you have approved the final product, we will make one or more video optimizations for you. This means optimizing the video for search engines and social media platforms, making it more discoverable and shareable.
STEP 7 - FINAL PRODUCT
We deliver your ready-made video via USB stick and via link to download.
