Cancellation within 14 days after entering into the contract - According to the Consumer Services Act, a right of withdrawal is added which extends up to 14 days after you have booked our services for your wedding. During this period, the entire deposit you have paid to us is refunded, and you are not obliged to pay any remaining amount. Cancellation between 14 days after signing the contract and 30 days before the wedding day - During this time frame we keep the security deposit paid, but you are not obliged to pay any remaining amount. Cancellation less than 30 days before the wedding day - In case of cancellation within this period, we keep the deposit paid, and you will be required to pay 70% of the remaining total amount. We strongly recommend that you carefully consider your decision to cancel and continuously communicate with us regarding your situation. In the event that your chosen videographer is stricken with acute illness, we undertake the responsibility to immediately hire a replacement capable of delivering an equivalent style of video documentation to that which we offer. Please note that we are still responsible for the editing process of your wedding material.

If, for example, you have chosen a 2-hour package for the ceremony but prefer us to film during the dinner instead, that is entirely possible. We are flexible that way.
